Overview

AQ Data Pulse helps you monitor Microsoft Fabric and Power BI workspace refresh health. This policy describes what data the app handles and how it is used.

Demo mode

When you are not signed in, the app displays sample data on your device only. No account information is collected in demo mode.

Microsoft sign-in (optional)

If you choose to connect your Microsoft account:

• Authentication uses Microsoft’s OAuth service.
• Access and refresh tokens are stored securely in your device Keychain.
• The app calls Microsoft Power BI APIs to read workspace, dataset, and refresh status information needed for monitoring.
• We do not operate our own backend servers for authentication or storage of your Fabric data.

Data we do not collect

• No advertising or analytics SDKs
• No sale of personal data
• No tracking across other companies’ apps or websites

Support and beta requests

Support and beta signup links open your device’s Mail app. Messages are sent through your email provider; we do not process them inside the app.

Data retention

Tokens remain on your device until you tap Disconnect in Settings or delete the app.

Children

AQ Data Pulse is a business productivity app not directed at children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy as features change. Continued use of the app after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
